Abdominal CT Scan with Contrast Prep?

I’m not sure if this is the right place for this but tomorrow at 2:30pm I am having an abdominal CT scan with contrast and I lost the preparation paper for it. I remember it saying something about fasting for 6-8 hours but everywhere on google says 3-4 hours. Anyone know the exact preparation? Thank you in advance! 🙏
