Ascites assessment

Dear friends, radiologists, ultrasonographers and radioenthusiasts, what methods do you have for measuring the size of ascites in your patients? Assessing down to the milliliter is unnecessary, but is it feasible to evaluate more precisely than using a verbal scale? Best regards!
