Anti-Claustrophobic stickers?

Had an MRI on my very messed up back. I have to have them often, but I went to a new place. They asked me if I got claustrophobic and if I wanted this sticker to help? I said I didn't because I have panicked a time or two during long MRIs. He put the sticker on the machine above my face . It had a citrus smell and it really helped.

I had never heard of this before?? Do any of you use them?
