Salter Harris Fracture

Recently I came across a patient who had no injury but had pain in the wrist along with swelling. The swelling was hard and non palpable, I told them to get an mri done. I suspect Salter Harris Fracture Type V. But there is mild effusion as you can see in the mri. What could it be?
