Neat periprothetic upper arm fracture.

Female patient, 70ish with a history of frequent falls. Shoulder endoprothesis implanted secondary to a subcapital fracture of the humerus earlier this year. CT scan is after another fall approx. 7 days ago. Patient was walking around with her arm like this for a week.

You can see a big block of bone cement sticking out of the distal fragment.
