What exactly do MRI Techs do?

I am currently in highschool and want to become a MRI Tech.

Although I am curious on what they actually do?

Do they have to diagnose or talk to the patient about what they see in the MRIs? Or is that only up to the doctor?

If anyone could tell me a list of things they do, or anything regarding that, that would be amazing!
