CT textbook recommendations

I am a soon-to-be X-ray graduate going straight into a CT tech training position. I have a year to train and pass CT registry. Can anyone recommend a textbook that explains different protocols (positioning in the gantry, portal venous timing, anatomy demonstrated, etc)

Also, can anyone recommend a book that covers the physics of CT?
