Weird/Difficult OR & C-arm cases needed

Discussing different OR/C-arm cases for class currently. I'm looking for any cases that required unique C-arm skills/positioning or overall difficult OR cases. If you have images even better, but what are some of the worst/weirdest cases you've been a part of? Or ones you always dread doing because they are notoriously challenging?

AI for radiology - A survey

Hello folks! We are a group of students from Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University (Sweden).
