Radreview is really discouraging me.

I’ve been doing radreview in preparation for my boards which are June 7th, and the last mock exam I took I got a 73 on. I’ve heard radreview is harder than the actual boards, but it’s making me terrified to even take the boards at this point. submitted by /u/LaurenCz30 [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/nf17wn/radreview_is_really_discouraging_me/

rib exams.

So I haven’t encountered them much but when I do get a rib exam I’m stressing. They never look good and I always just hope for the best when I send them. Kind of lost on what technique to use and how much to oblique and basically the exam as a whole. Any advice? submitted by /u/D4dank [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/neyhcv/rib_exams/

Ominous comment from chiro — does he know what he’s talking about?

Radiologists of Reddit: during a chiropractor exam for a herniated lumbar disc, my chiro closed his door and asked when I last had my blood drawn. He said several times that he “wasn’t concerned at all” and I had no reason to be, but said he’s be “derelict” if he didn’t ask. Suggested I get my PSA checked. I immediately freaked out and scheduled a physical. The doc said he didn’t see anything but he’d send it to a radiologist. My tests have been thankfully uneventful to this point but I don’t have the PSA test back yet. Is there something in this photo I should ask someone to look closer at? I’m 39/M for reference. TIA.
