working at outpatient clinic vs hospital?

I'm trying to learn more about xray tech career and was wondering is it more stressful to work in a clinic or a hospital? I currently work in a hospital as a transporter and feel burnt out by the excess amount of patients and little downtime. Are clinics similarly stressful or is it a more relaxed pace?
