How far is radiology in the field of artificial intelligence

I'm not a doctor or radiologist, but I'm wondering about the progress in AI. I've seen incredible results from AI in various fields and based on that, I would suspect that AI has advanced a lot in radiology.

There is a massive amount of data available and the models can be trained daily. Any ideas on this?
