I have recently received notification that I have an interview with the local hospitals radiology residency program. This is an extremely competitive program with only 12 spaces available.
Any tips on how to prepare/survive this process?
A bit of background… I have two associates degrees, one in general sciences, and the second being Medical Laboratory Technology. I have been a MLT for 5 years and recently promoted to lead technologist. Believe it or not, I’ve never been through a formal interview process. I understand the importance of my appearance and demeanor, but how else do I prepare?
Thank you so much for your time!
