Am I a bad technologist?

I have been in radiology for about 10 years now and I am tired of direct patient care. What options do I have?

I have been looking at PACS. I do like the idea of helping fellow technologists in the field.

Do I need to just leave all together? And if so.....how on earth do I find a job with as good of pay?

AI for radiology - A survey
