Training?

What was your training experience like? I’m at a hospital and am being tossed around, pulled out of one exam to go do another without having a minute to look into what I’m doing to prepare (Instead am being verbally “informed” within a minute of what I’m walking into). I am trying to stay calm and take in as much information as I can. I am getting flustered. How can I stay encouraged?
