New studies not showing in database window

Having issues seeing new studies in osirix. The studies are sent to the node, but i can't find the dicom back in the database. Even when i query and download the new study from another node. Still cannot see the new study in the database window. I want to rebuild the database, but that option is not available to click on. It staya grays,unclickable. Anyone else having this issue or any idea's how to resolve ?
