First of all, apologies if this is outside the scope of this sub..
I recently acquired a couple physical x-ray films from the 1950's from a colleague that I would like to keep and preserve.
I know it's been a while since the switch to digital, but I was hoping someone with knowledge of the old techniques and materials might be able to tell me what the best way to store these would be.
Are there conditions that are more conducive to keeping these films intact? Do I treat them like negatives and keep them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight?
