Radiologist question

On a chest X-ray and Head and Neck CTA with an without contrast. Are apices paid attention to or are they looked over quickly. Also the X-ray is compared to an X-ray two years ago. If there were any slight changes would they be noted??

Hi there! I’m currently considering going to school to be a rad tech or sonographer but I’m struggling to find out if you guys deal with vomit a lot.
