Imaging in Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD)

I understand that ultrasound is a modality of choice for the diagnosis of ADPKD

1) When do you use CT/MRI? What % of patient have each?

2) Who is making a decision on
- when to calculate
- which imaging modality to use
for assessment of total kidney volume (TKV), which predicts kidney function deterioration? (GP/nephrologist/on radiologist advice)?
