Looking for some material/assistance with my paper on Mastoid bone imaging.

Hello there, I am working on my paper regarding the role of the X-ray technician in the diagnosis/imaging of the mastoid bone. Since I can't travel to my uni every day and there is little to no material online in my native language I looked up and found a couple of articles like

https://ce4rt.com/positioning/radiographic-positioning-of-the-mastoid-process/

https://radiopaedia.org/articles/mastoid-part-of-temporal-bone

https://www.cedars-sinai.edu/Patients/Programs-and-Services/Imaging-Center/For-Patients/Exams-by-Procedure/CT-Scans/CT-Scan-of-the-Mastoid-Bones.aspx

After consulting my professor, he told me that the only thing I lack was some info about MRI scans of the mastoid and a conclusion. When I asked him about the conclusion he said that I should talk about how the other imaging techniques are outdated and the best way is to do a CT scan. Is there anywhere that I can find info on the MRI part and would anyone know how I could approach an intro and conclusion part of a paper like this? (Sorry if I did not phrase certain things properly this part of my English language skill is still basic)

Do rad techs/sonographers deal with vomit often?

Hi there! I’m currently considering going to school to be a rad tech or sonographer but I’m struggling to find out if you guys deal with vomit a lot. I am emetophobic (phobia of vomit) and, while I think I’d like these jobs a lot, it does worry me to think about having to deal with it often. Thank you for your help! submitted by /u/pootscoot1 [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/p5y0aa/do_rad_techssonographers_deal_with_vomit_often/

Radiology program

I’m from New York looking to attend a Rad tech program. I work for Northwell and recently came across a flyer for John Patrick University. it is an online AS program with clinicals in person (which my job will allow me to do) It seems as if this program is not accredited by JCERT but the school is accredited by ACCSC. I reached out to the director of the school and also the arrt and they say that there would be no issue taking boards. I haven’t really heard of anyone going through online program so I wanted to make sure everything checks out. Since this was being advertised at work I couldn’t see why they would put something that wouldn’t be accepted out.
