Pt presented with minimally displaced fracture. 2 and 3 weeks post injury below. Splinted until week 3.

Colleague 1: Fracture is stable, should not be immobilized. Perform active assisted OT to improve ROM.

Colleague w2: Cortex healing is lagging. Immobilize and reassess in 2 weeks
