C7 and T1 spinous process fractures

Posted the X-ray the other day, here’s a pic from the MRI. Chronic compression fracture of the T1 was also seen in the X-ray & MRI.

27 yo male, initial injury of T1 was unknown but over 10 years ago. C7 spinous process was 2017.
