High background radiation?

I posted this in another sub but it was very inactive, today i was testing my Geiger counter just to be sure with the war in Ukraine and all, and noticed the background radiation was rather high compared to normal in my area, i went outside and it spiked even more. See video og outside in comments. What could this be ?
