What is the job of imaging informatics like?

I’ve recently been looking into imaging informatics but I have trouble actually finding out what they do. The descriptions I find online are so vague. Are they like the pacs dude or is it something else entirely? Any insight into what they do like responsibilities or a day to day description would be super helpful. Thanks!

AI for radiology - A survey
