What is a involuting ovarian cyst ?

There is no bowel dilatation or obstruction. Possible visualization of a normal appendix. No significant colonic abnormality demonstrated. No free pelvic air. Small to moderate amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac. The urinary bladder is normal. No pelvic adenopathy. There is an involuting 1.95 cm right ovarian cyst.
