Entering the job field as a new graduate: 3rd shift pros & cons

I just accepted a position as a rad tech: 3rd shift, 40 hours a week. As a mother of a toddler, what are some of the pros and cons of 3rd shift life? I’m hoping to really enjoy it so that I will have every week day open once my little one starts school. I will have Saturday-Monday off and don’t have to go in until 9pm. Thank you for your input in advance!
