In one month I have my interview to get into my local Rad tech program.
My previous grades are good, they have proof of my various personal training certifications and phlebotomy certificate, so they know I’m knowledgable about anatomy. I did well on all the testing they gave me. So I think I might really have a shot.
I want to become a Rad tech because I’m finally ready to build a career outside of restaurants, I’ve always wanted to work in healthcare and I want an active job that will keep me out of a desk and keep my brain active. I have a good eye for detail and a well-exercised work ethic. I want to eventually specialize in mammograms because I want to work with women.
How do I best word all of that? What else could I add to sound like the best possible candidate? This schooling would really turn my life around, I just want to make sure I’m putting my best foot forward in the interview.
