Nuc Med?

Why does no one seem to care for nuclear medicine anymore? I chose to rotate through the nuc med department at the hospital I’m interning at and all the rad techs were like, “ugh why?”. I thought it was really interesting and if I wasn’t going for sono I would def look into nuc med.
