How to find out amount of radiation based on DICOM images and reports?

Hello, total lay-person here.

By looking at a set of DICOM images and patient protocol, how can I tell the total amount of radiation (mSv) of that CAT scan session?

In the DICOM patient protocol, I see only Total mAs and Total mGycm, however I dont see any mSv.

Is there a way to tell or do those units relate somehow in a way that I could use a formula to figure out the mSv?
