Anybody tried to get refund on ECR2020?

I have limited interest in an on-line congress obviously, but the new date also collides with summer vacation that were booked before corona. Their ToS doesn't even mention actual congress not happening or force majeure.

And since I paid from my own pocket (residents dont get conference budget) it's kinda quite a sum I'm wasting.
