18-FDG PET/MR analysis

Hi, I'm student and i want to ask you for help. As a part of my e-learning I have to analyze this examination (https://youtu.be/abu2oaWqCo4) of woman with single small tumors (poorly seen in this examination) in her lungs. PET/MR was performed due to unclear nature of this leasions. I have to point out regions of pathological accumulation of 18-FDG and regions where radiotracer is not accumulated properly.
