LMRT vs RT(R)

are there any LMRT's in here that could tell me the process on getting licensed while I finish school. I am in my 4th semester of x-ray school but I need to start working as my life is going through some major changes. What are you allowed to shoot as an LMRT? can you do all xray but none of the other exams like fluoro or OR? I'm trying to weigh all of my options but I am having a hard time finding all the information out there. I'd like to work in the field in the mean time instead of getting a job doing something completely unrelated while I finish school. I'm just trying to see if it is worth it. Thank you for any and all help.

Do rad techs/sonographers deal with vomit often?

Hi there! I’m currently considering going to school to be a rad tech or sonographer but I’m struggling to find out if you guys deal with vomit a lot. I am emetophobic (phobia of vomit) and, while I think I’d like these jobs a lot, it does worry me to think about having to deal with it often. Thank you for your help! submitted by /u/pootscoot1 [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/p5y0aa/do_rad_techssonographers_deal_with_vomit_often/
