Diagnostic Radiologists who are part of Residency Programs (USA), How helpful would it be if 1 of the 4 Letters of Recommendation that a medical student will submit to your program is from his/her former employer in the tech industry?

For most medical students, the 4 letters are all clinical. I was wondering if how helpful would it be if one of those is from my former employer in the Tech industry (considering that Diagnostic Radiology is all about tech). I'm a former engineer and had job from a big company (similar to Google brand) prior to medical school.

AI for radiology - A survey
