Can I repay a Loan?

To be a MD Radiologist in India, fees are 1 crore . can I repay a loan in timely manner after my residency in Radiology? how is it to be working as a radiologist in India? what are the starting pay grade. What should I do? I am getting MD Anaesthesia in Government college and MD Radiology in private college. what should I do?
