Is MRI tech a stable career

Hi I’m debating between X-ray and nursing. I want to go through X-ray school and become an MRI tech but my parents keep telling me to become a nurse for better pay and job security. Any MRI techs that can tell me how it is being an MRI tech pay, work life balance, job security, stress? I am as much interested in imaging as I’m passionate for patient care. So please hold off on any “you need passion to become a nurse” comments tysm!!

AI for radiology - A survey
