CT angio in stroke

Hi dear radditologists :)

As far as Im aware, a pulmonary CT-angio can with a fair degree of certainty write off a PE.

In suspicion of ischemic stroke are we able to do this with brain CT-angio as well? Does anybody know the specificity/sensitivity of CT in this regard?
