How to improve as a Radiologist?

Hello everyone,

I am just about to start Radiology training however I know I'll be in a relatively unsupportive environment. I am posting to ask Radiologists - How did you improve as Radiologists ? Were there resources that prepared you for certain modalities/pathologies?

AI for radiology - A survey
