Does 1 year vs 2 year neuroradiology fellowship actually make a difference in the long run?

Hi All,

Planning on applying for neuroradiology fellowship and was wondering if doing a 1 year fellowship over a 2 year fellowship put me at a "disadvantage"? How does the 2nd year help?

Will appreciate any insight. Thanks!
