I am in a dilemma here, patient comes after dyspnea on inspiration (after lifting something heavy) and blood tests show high and borderline high nse and s100 tumor markers, most likely suggesting small cell carcinoma among other malignancy. Last x ray taken is not with full deep breath. I can't see small cell carcinoma but there is something. Blood work except tumor markers is excellent even interleukin 6, what do you see on the last image taken (remember patient did not take a full deep breath). https://ibb.co/6XB6Zfv
