Portable Merchant's view?

I'm a mobile tech who has been asked to do an AP, Lat, and Merchant's view of a knee on a nursing home patient tomorrow. I've never tried a Merchant's with a bedside portable, has anyone got a solution for this?

I do not have any positioning aids other than whatever pillows/blankets I can scrounge from the patient's room.
