Should I take the job?

Was offered a job today, but I'm not sure if I should take it. The lead tech is known to be very strict and sometimes rude. I'm a new grad and the lead tech would be in charge of my training. Anyone have experience with a difficult leader or coworker? Other than this issue I would say this is my dream job. Should I take it?
