First steps into radiology…

Hi I’m a first year student entering a radiology program at my local community college(US). What is the best way to step into the field are there any jobs that require no medical experience that would help me work around radiology? Is there anything I should avoid ? Or any tips/advice for newcomers, anything is appreciated thanks !
