Can someone explain in non medical terms!

FINDINGS: The urinary bladder is unremarkable in appearance with bilateral ureteral jets demonstrated. There is a 56 cc postvoid residual in urinary bladder. The prostate gland is mildly enlarged and heterogeneous measuring 45 × 38 × 43 mm. Mild left pelvic lymphadenopathy demonstrated with dominant node measuring 15x 8x 13 mm.
