Question from a 3rd year med student : how the hell do i read an ultrasound?

so im in 3rd year, and this year we had our first ever radiology classes, its fun and it kinda made me think of becoming a radiologist after

anyway, i can read and intrepret MRI / scanners / standart Rx decentely (for a 3rd year lol), but i cant read ultrasounds even if my life depended on it

the teacher and other students would be like "hmm yess here is the uterus, here's the fallopian tubes, and next to them here's this massive ovarian kyst that is very obvious" and im like "where?"

genuinely all i can see in ultrasounds is a bunch of grey blur and thats it lol, and its even worse when its Dopplers

any advice on this? or maybe if u can hook me up with some basic videos i'd really appreaciate it. thank youu :D

AI for radiology - A survey

Hello folks! We are a group of students from Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University (Sweden). We are conducting a short survey (it should not take more than 10 minutes of your time) to evaluate an Artificial Intelligence framework for evaluating medical imaging and, in particular, the effect that explainability can have on clinicians' attitudes toward it. We welcome anyone who interacts with medical imaging to take our survey, so please, feel free to do it even if you are still a student or an intern! If you know someone who works in the field, please, pass them the survey. It would help us greatly. https://bit.ly/RTEX_survey Thanks in advance to all of you! submitted by /u/francozzz [link] [comments] source https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/r2ratp/ai_for_radiology_a_survey/
