Preparing a recent CT for 3D printing, I noticed that the lower pole of the left kidney did not enhance. Both scans were simple CT abdo/pelvis with IV, before and after endopyelotomy. If this is a difference in how they did the scan, how can I correct this when segmenting for 3D printing?
