Hi everyone, quick question here.
I've lately been reading up a lot about annual lung cancer screenings using low-dose CT and as a result more and more people in the risk categories doing yearly check-ups due to doctor recommendations and lower radiation levels, so if I was just wondering if anyone could tell me whether this was also an effective way to detect other forms of lung diseases (COPD, pulmonary fibrosis/intestitional lung disease in general, etc.), or can those diseases be easily missed and mainly only seen on high-resolution CT's (HRCT)?
Thank you in advance!
