Which governing body determines which competencies are mandatory, recommended elective, and elective?

I don't really have any complaints about my current layout, I was just wondering whether it was the program director, the licensing body of the state, or the ASRT

If I did have any complaints it would be why is pigg o stat mandatory.

AI for radiology - A survey
