Working towards getting into radiography program. Just got hired as a transporter in the radiology department of a level II mid size hospital. I obviously want to learn and do the best job as possible. Was wondering if anyone has any tips/advice on how I can be the best transporter I can be and evolve. Spent many years working in restaurants , so it will be a big change and will I t Xfix be very green to healthcare. Once I feel trained and somewhat comfortable, is it ok in this environment to try and shadow learn from techs/assistants ? How can I make my coworkers life easier ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
