Screws from shoulder replacement broken off into several pieces

I thought you guys might find my mom’s shoulder X-ray interesting. The screws from her previous shoulder replacement broke off into several pieces, so they had to go back in and remove it all. Last pic is after her shoulder was corrected with hemiarthropasty two months ago.
