Greetings sub! Sorry if silly question, I don't know where to ask. I'm a nurse working in countryside of 3rd world country and radiologists here are difficult to find. The X-ray image annexed shows the chest of 58 years old black man, life-long chain smoker with severe Anemia, Thrombocytopenia and 20 mg/dl C-reactive protein. I think I'm seeing some poorly defined margins on right side, witch I understand as something related to tuberculosis. Cans someone give any insight? Any help will be immensely appreciated.
