How Can I Stop the Negative Weight Comments?

Hi everyone! I work in mammo, X-ray, and BMD. For mammo and BMD we need to take everyone’s height and weight. I’m getting SO a burned out on hearing everyone complain about how fat they are. Does anyone have any phrasing or any tips on how to avoid these little comments even just a little bit? It’s so disheartening
